Modular Glass

WHAT IS MODULAR GLASS?

A basic or modular facade is produced in the factory and can be used for opening doors, window sills, air conditioning systems, etc. It is a facade glass system consisting of prefabricated blocks.

HOW IS MODULAR GLASS WORK DONE?

Front blocks are made in the factory from aluminum profiles, double-glazed windows and additional elements provided by the project. Finished blocks are delivered in object-specific packaging to avoid damage during transport. At the facility, the blocks are raised to the desired level with a crane or winches and mounted on pre-prepared brackets inside the room. The height of the modules is equal to the height of the floor and corresponds to the distance between the floor plates. The joining of the fasteners with each other is also carried out through the spring, as a result there is no need for scaffolding and assembly work can be done in all weather conditions. Modular systems are used in tall buildings between 10 and 100 floors in height. At the same time, the runtime is reduced several times compared to other facade technologies.

Modular Glass Units Types

Static Modules

It is the simplest block form. It consists of shelves and sleepers of the same width and double-glazed windows. Cross bars are cut at right angles without cutting

Functional Modules

The blocks have a complex structure that covers the façade internally and insulates the module connections. These modules consist of drainage and insulation profiles, double-glazed windows, pressure seals and sealing inserts.

Decorative Modules

The blocks consist of a clamping profile, double-glazed windows, gaskets, decorative trim and special bolts. Various colors and textures of decorative plates allow you to create facades of any design.
